YEUM GWANG PHIL
2007.10.01 - 2007.10.13 @ Art Cafe Siam

Yeum Gwang Phil’s first solo exhibition featured several larger paintings as well as a series of uniform sized works on canvas.  The images are reminiscent of tarot cards and are filled with mythological images and symbols giving some of the works an almost medieval feel.  The opening featured a performance by the up-and-coming ska band, No. 1 Korean.
