AHN DOO JIN
2008.02.13 - 2008.03.14 @ Space Sarubia

Ahn Doo Jin created an installation that completely transformed the space of the gallery.  A bright orange construction occupied the middle of the space, which was surrounded by psychedelic paintings on the wall and thousands of small items arranged on the floor like a small city.  The items range from plastic toys to empty soju bottles.  The artist’s careful organization suggests both the meticulous thinking of an architect as well as the innocent freedom of a child building with blocks.
